BUTEX Scholarship in UK. Deadline:End of May in year study commences

Each year BUTEX awards a number of scholarships to students studying abroad for either a semester or for a whole academic year.

Who are eligible?

The Scholarship is open to all undergraduate students who are affiliated to a BUTEX institution.  You may be affiliated as an incoming or an outgoing study abroad student.   To be eligible to apply:

• you must have been offered a study abroad or exchange place which is not eligible for an ERASMUS grant.
• your study abroad or exchange placement must be for the UK academic year 2014 / 2015 (i.e. your studies should fall between September 2014 and August 2015.)
• your place must be for a minimum of one semester.

Availability

The Scholarships are open to all undergraduate students whose study abroad placement is not eligible for an ERASMUS grant. To be eligible to apply you must have;

• been offered a study abroad or exchange place at a UK university or college which is BUTEX-affiliated
• your study abroad or exchange placement must be for the academic year 2013 / 2014 (i.e. commence at either the start of the September / October term 2013 or, if you are a semester 2 student, at the start of the January / February term 2014
• your place must be for a minimum of one semester

How to apply

You have two options:

• design a poster or
• answer the question ‘5 things I wouldn’t study abroad without’.

Please choose one of these options. Applicants are not permitted to submit more than one entry.
